Molly is the best realtor I have ever worked with! In a two year period, my husband and I moved four times for his job, each time working with a different realtor...none of them compared to Molly. My husband and I found Molly on our own and she helped us find our current house. I wish that I had  Molly for all of our moves! She's the best. I won't use any realtor but her moving forward!

Molly was the best person I could have had by my side when it came to purchasing my first home! Honestly, I wasn't even in the market, when I stumbled across my dream home on Zillow. On a whim, I went to my credit union to look into financing. After getting pre-approved, my mortgage consultant  asked if I had a realtor in mind, or if I would like suggestions. When I said Molly's name, she said that was going to be the first person she suggested. Molly helped keep me of sound mind throughout the process. In the end, she was able to get me my dream home at a price with which I was very comfortable. She made sure it wasn't just move-in-ready, but was diligent in making sure the home was also safe. She had excellent contacts along the way, from home inspectors to pest inspectors. There is no one else I would recommend to my friends and colleagues in the market for a new home. Quite simply, she's the best!

We had worked with two other realtors before we met Molly. The others would show us houses when we asked them to do so but never took any initiative to do anything extra. Molly worked with us to find a house and guided us through the negotiating process when we were buying the house. At the end of  the process, the seller wanted us to pay for fixing a problem. She told them that it's in the contract that the seller pays. Molly didn't ask us, she just said "no". We wanted to do some major renovating and she gave us the name of a contractor she works with. The contractor did a beautiful job. We couldn't be happier with the way Molly led us through the process.

As a first time home buyer she walked me through the process and empowered me to make the decisions that were right for me. She was very responsive and professional. I will use Molly again in the future!
